Returns & Exchanges

At The AFL Store, we want you to wear your team colors with pride; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all official AFL merchandise tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
